We ship the goods via FedEx / UPS or other seller's method.

Normally, you(buyer) bear the shipping fee. And the fee depends on different shipping method you choose. Also, free shipping for order over $300. And, the following conditions will be borne by the buyer:

1. If tariffs arise in the recipient's country, but the tariffs will be paid by the buyer.
2. Due to the buyer's delay in delivery or modify the address resulting from the cost of the buyer will bear this part of the cost.
3. Due to buyers for their own reasons halfway to cancel the order, or the goods returned, this part of the cost borne by the buyer.

For Custom Items: 

Handling Time: 

Drapery: 6-12 days.
Pillow Covers: 7-9 days.
Blinds & Shades: 15-25 days.

For Ready-made Items: 

Handling Time: 

Drapery: 24-72 hours.
Pillow Covers: 24-72 hours.

Shipping Time:

USA: 3-7 business days after the package has been shipped out.

Helpful Hint: 

1.Normally, the local shipper deliveries package on workday( Mon. - Fri.), to ensure safe delivery of your parcel, so it is best for you to choose an address where you can receive package on workday as shipping address. It's best to keep your phone open during estimated time of arrival, because shipper might contact you via phone.

2.Please make sure that you or your authorized person at shipping address. If we shipped to your shipping address and have a signature file, we do not take responsibility once the package is lost or stolen.

EXCHANGE AND REFUND

Your satisfaction is our goal. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please make sure to contact us with email at first. The unauthorized returns will not be accepted. All merchandise returns must be unused and still have the original package & gifts attached.  We are happy to issue you a refund in the form of a E-Gift Card for use on a future purchase on Our website. E-Gift Cards never expire!

Helpful Hint: 

1.We recommend shipping packages back using USPS Flat Rate shipping with a tracking number  for convenience, as we are not responsible for lost packages or stolen packages. Without proof of receipt and delivery, we will not issue return credit. You will be responsible for covering shipping costs to return items and shipping charges must be prepaid. 

2.Returned items must be used with gifts and product package attached. Defective items must be reported with Email within 14 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package.

3.Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product. If the returning is due to buyer’s problem. We does not provide return shipping labels. A restocking fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address. When delivered, the unauthorized rejection is not allowed, and the cost of unauthorized rejection/return will be borne by the buyer.

Non-returnable:
1. Fabric samples and sample books are not returnable
2. Curtains and blackout curtains are custom products and we will not accept returns if the product matches your original order details

—Item does not fit but is accurately made.
—Curtains are too heavy.
—Not the color you were looking for.
—Changed mind/no longer want.
—Not the quality you were looking for.
—Mistakenly ordered the wrong item.
—Wrong size. Tolerance sizes within +/- 1 inch are considered acceptable in the industry. Curtains will be 1-3 inches wider than purchased to prevent light leakage from the hem due to gravity hanging.
—Order arrived later than expected.
—Item was wrongly ordered.
—Measurements were incorrect.
—Color variations due to naturally occurring fabric dye lots (reasonable color differences are allowed between sample booklet and finished curtain).
—Color variations due to added lining (compare lined curtains to unlined curtains).
—Color variations due to adding different linings to curtains of the same color.
—Blackout is not expected.

Returnable:
We made the wrong item.
Wrong type of padding used.
Not as described.
Hardware and finished products that can be returned or refunded within 14 days of receipt must meet both of the following conditions:
Defective item arrives damaged/broken or incorrect size/color.
Item is unused, with tags attached, and unaltered.
If you meet our return criteria and provide photos of the product defect and shipping label as stated above, we will refund the full amount of your purchase for this order immediately upon receipt and confirmation of the return package, which will be refunded to your original payment method within 3-10 days.

Exchanges:

For damaged or broken items, we only accept exchanges.
*Exchanges must be identical to the original order details (including size, title style, color, lining, etc.)

Please contact us immediately by email within 3 days of receiving the item: Contact@miulee.com, and keep all packaging (outer and inner), and provide photos of the packaging and product to request an exchange. Once confirmed, we will arrange an exchange for you.
Usually, we do not accept modifications after you receive your order, so please pay special attention to your measurements and size decisions.

Wrong Size:
If the curtain you received is not the right size (which is extremely unlikely), we will arrange to remake or resize the curtain.
Whether to remake or resize the curtain will be at the discretion of Miulee. Miulee will bear the shipping costs of the curtain to and from the factory.

Lost Package:
For some reason, if your package is lost during transportation, we will contact the logistics as soon as possible to find your package.
However, if it cannot be found, we will arrange for you to resend the order. Please note that we do not accept refunds in these cases.

Refund:

1. If the returning is due to buyer’s problems (Such as: Don’t like/want, Order wrong product/size), any reasonable return request will be accepted and handled within 30 days upon your receipt. Over due return request might be rejected. We remind you to check the products as soon as you receive them.

Return shipping fees?

Depending on the reason for return, once your return is approved, you may be responsible for return shipping costs. We will refund you the products cost when we receive the returns.

Refunded products cost = Order amount - (Handling + Packing +Shipping Fee), that account for 20% of order amount. Finally you get refund amount, 80% of order amount.

2. After sending the returned product back, please email us at Contact@twopagescurtains.com to let us know the traceable tracking number.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-7 days. If you no longer use the original card, please contact us in advance.

4. If you have any problems with order/products/payment, please contact with us at first. If you return the items without contacting us, or if there is no reason to dispute, we will not ensure your refund and make a complaint according to the policy.

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns:

We reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

1.An irregular or excessive returns history;

2.An irregular or excessive returns history involving used, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,

3.Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

The incorrect items sent to us will be discarded upon receipt.

Excessive Returns: Our Customer Protection Team also handles situations in which a customer return history may be indicative of fraudulent activity . In these situations, the Customer Protection Team will reach out to discuss the situation and work with you to either resolve the issue or determine if we need to refuse service going forward. While we never want to reject a customer, we must ensure the safety, welfare, and comfort of all customers across the globe.

Q1: What Is the Rule for Hanging Curtains?

—Answer: To achieve the best results for hanging curtains, position the curtain rod slightly above the window frame and extend it several inches beyond the frame on each side. This placement ensures that your curtains will fully cover the window when drawn, while still allowing ample natural light to enter your space.

Q2: Is It Better for Curtains to Be Too Long or Too Short?

—Answer: When choosing curtain length, it's generally better to opt for curtains that are slightly longer rather than too short.

Short curtains may fail to cover the window adequately and can appear awkward. Longer curtains, on the other hand, offer more flexibility for adjustment and often enhance the room’s aesthetic by pooling elegantly on the floor.

For a polished look and better window coverage, consider selecting curtains that extend beyond the window frame.

Q3: How Much Wider Should the Curtains Be Than the Window?

—Answer: Curtains should be 2 to 2.5 times wider than the window. This extra width allows the curtains to be pulled back beyond the window frame, maximizing natural light and enhancing the overall look of the window.

Q4: How Often Should Curtains Be Cleaned?

—Answer: It's suggested to clean your curtains every 3 to 6 months for a fresh and tidy home. However, weekly routine cleaning is a must to reduce dust and allergens.

Q5: What about washing and caring?

—Answer: Yes, you have to wash window curtains to keep them clean and fresh. For the washing method, follow the care instructions provided by the manufacturer.

For example, for synthetic fabrics like nylon and polyester, avoid dry cleaning; for silk curtains avoid the washing machine; for sheer curtains, use mild detergent, etc. 

Q6: How to Hang Curtain Rods?

—Answer: To install a curtain rod, first determine the ideal height above the window frame. Use a measuring tape to ensure the rod is level on both sides. Securely attach the brackets to the marked spots with screws and a drill, making sure they are level and firmly fixed.

Next, slide the curtain rod into the brackets.

If your curtain rod features finials (decorative end caps), position them so they face outward for an attractive finish. By following these steps, you’ll achieve a professional-looking curtain installation.

Q7: What is the smallest possible width of a Grommet drapery?

—Answer: It is recommended that the minimum width is no less than 22 inch. The finished product smaller than 22 inch will have poorer effect.

Q8: What's the difference between Pinch Pleat and Tailor Pleat header style?

—Answer: Here are the main differences between these styles:

Opening Size: The Tailor Pleat has a larger opening compared to the Pinch Pleat. Hook Type: Tailor Pleat drapery features S-shaped metal hooks with permanently sewn pleats. In contrast, the Pinch Pleat style uses plastic adjustable pin hooks.

Q9: Can I return the customized curtains?

—Answer: Because all of our curtains are handcrafted for you, unfortunately, they cannot be applied to other customers. Except for quality issues, we generally do not support unconditional returns.

If you are not completely satisfied with your curtains and want to return them, please contact us within 30 days of purchase or after receiving your order.

After we confirm, we can support the return and offer you a partial refund at 80% off your order price since it's a customized order.

Refund Amount: Order Amount - (Handling + Packing + Shipping Fee), which accounts for 20% of the order amount. Therefore, you will receive 80% of the order amount as a refund.
