Please note: Our return policy does not cover returns or refunds / warranty based on fabric selection if the customer has not requested a fabric sample or opted not to receive one after placing the order.

We offer a lifetime warranty for the product in the reasonable conditions, ensuring coverage throughout its normal service life.

What is covered:

We guarantee that our products are free from manufacturing defects for the lifetime of your purchase. If you encounter any defective items, Miulee will, at our sole discretion, repair or replace the product.

What is not covered:

— Normal Wear & Tear (such as fading from sunlight, fabric fraying, loss of color intensity, water damage, insect or pet damage, and deterioration of mechanisms over time)

— Any damages resulting from modifications, attempted repairs, or alterations by the owner.

— Additionally, this warranty does not guarantee that the products will not become obsolete in the future. This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
