Helpful Hint:
1.We recommend shipping packages back using USPS Flat Rate shipping with a tracking number for convenience, as we are not responsible for lost packages or stolen packages. Without proof of receipt and delivery, we will not issue return credit. You will be responsible for covering shipping costs to return items and shipping charges must be prepaid.
2.Returned items must be used with gifts and product package attached. Defective items must be reported with Email within 14 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package.

3.Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product. If the returning is due to buyer’s problem. We does not provide return shipping labels. A restocking fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address. When delivered, the unauthorized rejection is not allowed, and the cost of unauthorized rejection/return will be borne by the buyer.

1. Fabric samples and sample books are not returnable
2. Curtains and blackout curtains are custom products and we will not accept returns if the product matches your original order details

—Curtains are too heavy.
—Not the color you were looking for.
—Changed mind/no longer want.
—Not the quality you were looking for.
—Mistakenly ordered the wrong item.
—Wrong size. Tolerance sizes within +/- 1 inch are considered acceptable in the industry. Curtains will be 1-3 inches wider than purchased to prevent light leakage from the hem due to gravity hanging.
—Order arrived later than expected.
—Item was wrongly ordered.
—Measurements were incorrect.
—Color variations due to naturally occurring fabric dye lots (reasonable color differences are allowed between sample booklet and finished curtain).
—Color variations due to added lining (compare lined curtains to unlined curtains).
—Color variations due to adding different linings to curtains of the same color.
—Blackout is not expected.
Returnable:
We made the wrong item.
Wrong type of padding used.
Not as described.
Hardware and finished products that can be returned or refunded within 14 days of receipt must meet both of the following conditions:
Defective item arrives damaged/broken or incorrect size/color.
Item is unused, with tags attached, and unaltered.
If you meet our return criteria and provide photos of the product defect and shipping label as stated above, we will refund the full amount of your purchase for this order immediately upon receipt and confirmation of the return package, which will be refunded to your original payment method within 3-10 days.
Exchanges:
For damaged or broken items, we only accept exchanges.
*Exchanges must be identical to the original order details (including size, title style, color, lining, etc.)
Please contact us immediately by email within 3 days of receiving the item: Contact@miulee.com, and keep all packaging (outer and inner), and provide photos of the packaging and product to request an exchange. Once confirmed, we will arrange an exchange for you.
Usually, we do not accept modifications after you receive your order, so please pay special attention to your measurements and size decisions.
Wrong Size:
If the curtain you received is not the right size (which is extremely unlikely), we will arrange to remake or resize the curtain.
Whether to remake or resize the curtain will be at the discretion of Miulee. Miulee will bear the shipping costs of the curtain to and from the factory.
Lost Package:
For some reason, if your package is lost during transportation, we will contact the logistics as soon as possible to find your package.
However, if it cannot be found, we will arrange for you to resend the order. Please note that we do not accept refunds in these cases.
Refund:
1. If the returning is due to buyer’s problems (Such as: Don’t like/want, Order wrong product/size), any reasonable return request will be accepted and handled within 30 days upon your receipt. Over due return request might be rejected. We remind you to check the products as soon as you receive them.
Return shipping fees?
Depending on the reason for return, once your return is approved, you may be responsible for return shipping costs. We will refund you the products cost when we receive the returns.
Refunded products cost = Order amount - (Handling + Packing +Shipping Fee), that account for 20% of order amount. Finally you get refund amount, 80% of order amount.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-7 days. If you no longer use the original card, please contact us in advance.
4. If you have any problems with order/products/payment, please contact with us at first. If you return the items without contacting us, or if there is no reason to dispute, we will not ensure your refund and make a complaint according to the policy.
Reserved Rights Regarding Returns:
